I bought some Joico rebuilt, but I'm not sure what is the best way to use a deep conditioner?
should rely on dry hair and wrap it in plastic wrap, then give some steam and have a half-hour
or her hair wet and packed in a Towell in the shower and let it sit on wet hair for 20 minutes or what?
