What kind of things should I get at the grocery store for a diabetic diet? - diabetic grocery shopping

From what I understand, is sugar free, low fat, low calorie, whole grain bread, it's a little bit not that right?

Best opportunities for a healthy diet

Lean meats and poultry
Fish rich in omega-3 --
Fruits and Vegetables Low Carb
