Lice On Donkey The Donkey Saga...?

The donkey saga...? - lice on donkey

So the problem with eating the hair of an ass his ass through his playing time and countrymen, I am not going to say is the case.

The now much worse that I could see it in daylight, and loses his hair now is not that that the patch was. I'm going to see worming vet appointment scheduled for Wednesday.

However, the loss of hair a little more of their group and in the back, so any clue? It has 3 1 / 2 years in good health, mules have no others with him, found it, so I do not think there lice, not sure. I hope that this is not a health problem, but have you seen it?

Do you think that the itching? Or is it just the hair? I do not think ... Rain Scald?

Add: Sorry, lol, easily erased almost half of my answer.

So it's not crispy at all?

Add: I'm not sure. This is very strange. If you have recently come under stress?

Add (sorry again: D) See this link, especially the part about alopecia areata. http://www.thehorse.com/ViewArticle.aspx ...

Add (hopefully the last time?): I saw an article on 07 avril equine veterinary assistant or something that said it was common hair loss for years, maybe even go on? Even if you are on the Cushing's syndrome?

The vet did a scraping to check the mushrooms? I had a mare, once it has started to lose hair in the neck on both sides. It began in the jaw and fell approximately 8 cm. The vet gave me some anti-fungal powder to be mixed, if necessary, and I felt that the injections twice a day. It worked. The hair began to grow in one or two weeks. I never had the problem again and I do not know where it comes ....
Good luck!

We had the horse in the stable, and there for about 4 months, so do not go. There was rain rot, but a different type of fungus. The owner had the vet, and was a fungus (not considered contagious as lichens), and when the fungus was not clear until he died and became a staff infection. The first time I saw him interesting.

I've always said that our horse companions rub the ends and the things that are there - that hair loss would be directly above the tail, but.

Patches in other areas of the hindquarters and ears can rainrot. How long have you been? I was well prepared as it was before? Some horses are more susceptible to rot from the rain than others, especially in some areas - traditionally not the ears and brush two to rear and Withers is reached in the earth, and the rain falls.

EDIT-ok, no rain rot ... Hmm ... Look at other ways

You should check your back and tail of the worms, because a horse can make it extremely uncomfortable. It could be worms, but perhaps too much on her and he rubbed his ass more than usual. If you already checked for them, I'm sorry, could not be more helpful.
